Refund policy

Made to order, just for you. Every Cheap Skaterz item is printed on demand after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is how we keep prices fair and waste low. It also means our return rules are a little different from a big-box store.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email chris@cheapskaterz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Size exchanges and change of mind

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. Not sure? Email us before you buy and we'll help you pick.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order has entered production, we can't cancel it.

Lost packages and address errors

If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to replace it. If an order is returned to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
